The Veteran Family Program is offering a Mental Health First Aid certification for the Veteran community – including Veterans, military members in transition, family members and service providers. Mental health first aid is the assistance provided to a person who is developing a mental health problem, or who is in a mental health crisis, until appropriate professional treatment is received or until a crisis has been resolved.
