Workshops & Groups

A variety of groups and workshops exist to support adults and children. Topics include rebuilding after your relationship ends, stress and anxiety, women connecting with other women, and parenting challenges.

Bounce Back™ - Canadian Mental Health Association

Bounce Back is offered in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association’s BC Division to help adults experiencing symptoms of mild to moderate depression, low mood, or stress, with or without anxiety and proven to work. Participants receive:

  1. Living Life to the Full DVD – A free DVD with practical tips on how to recognize and deal with symptoms of depression.
  2. Coaching and workbooks –Guided self-help from a community-based telephone coach to keep participants moving forward with their goals.
